This can help remove dead skin cells and renew your smooth skin. And always moisturize your whole body right after shower to properly absorb within your pores. It can help skin be soft, smooth and retain proper moisture to avoid dry skin. Choose a moisturizer that contains natural ingredients and able to moisturize your skin well. If you have dry skin you can opt for a more moisturizing cream or lotion to ease dryness.
Night routine – For your night routine, this can be a more heavy cleansing since your skin may have been too exposed with dirt and cosmetics when you have been at work the whole day. Remove all makeup with your favorite mild makeup remover or you can just dip a cotton ball into warm water and remove makeup thoroughly. Cleanse face with a deep cleansing facial wash that can remove excess makeup residue that may clog up your pores. Massage to your face gently. If you have oily skin and prone to acne, use cleanser with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide to deeply cleanse excess oil and dirt into the skin and pores. Use toner after cleansing to remove excess residue of the cleanser and moisturize it well. Use heavy moisturizer with antioxidants to be able to fight the damaging free radicals which is the cause of wrinkles, fine lines, under eye circles, skin discolorations and other aging signs.
