Recipes to a naturally great skin

Achieving a natural great skin is not impossible if you know how to properly take care of your skin. Some may depend on skincare products that they believe can be the solution to fresh and younger looking skin. But you always have to be very careful with what you apply on your face. Remember skin is the largest organ of the body and our face is the most exposed part of it. And you don’t want to create any problem that may put a permanent mark on your face. Be very cautious when it comes to your skin. Go for products with natural ingredients or you can make your own using organic ingredients to avoid harsh chemicals to be absorbed by your skin.

Here are some natural recipes to help you look great:

Banana Facial Mask

You don’t need a botox when you have bananas at home. Mash up your ripe banana into a smooth paste consistency and gently massage into your face. Leave on for about 10 to 20 minutes and rinse well with cool water.

Another mask recipe is – ¼ cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 medium sized banana. Mix all ingredients well into a paste form and gently massage into your face, leave on for 20 minutes and rinse well.

Milk Facial Mask

Feel the relaxing spa that absorbs natural moisture into your skin through milk facial mask. Mix ¼ cup powdered milk with water just enough to make a thick paste mask. Apply into your face, massage all over it. Leave on for about 20 minutes or until dry. Rinse well with warm water. This can help rejuvenate your skin to make it smooth and supple.

Lemon Facial Masks

Lemon is known to help brighten the skin and heal breakouts. Mix lemon juice with ¼ cup of olive oil or sweet almond oil. Make sure all ingredients are mixed well and massage all over your face evenly. Leave on for about 20 minutes and rinse well with cool water.

Egg Facial Mask

Pamper your skin with egg facial mask at least once a week. If you have dry type of skin, egg mask can be perfect to moisturize your skin. Separate and beat the egg yolk well to apply to your dry skin.

For oily skin, you can take the egg white, add a bit of lemon or honey and for normal skin type, use the whole egg, beat well and massage into your face. Leave on for 30 minutes and rinse well.
